Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado
If a Hoa has a covenant that says no trailers may be parked in the neighbohood and the city say you may park a trailer for 72 hours can we enforce the covenant >

The covenant can prevent activities that may be allowed on city streets or at a private residence. Unless the covenant violates law, it controls actions in that community.
The HOA should contact an attorney to review the covenant and the facts because there could be issues that may limit the covenant terms.
