what we have to do with house
we had bought a house with 4 poeple on the deed and 2 on the mortgage now 2 are off the deed and we need to get 1 off mortgage do you have to refinance house or can we just get the 1 off and if so how

You can go to the lender and try to get them to take the one person off the mortgage, but I doubt they will do so. The easier way, I think, will probably be to refinance the loan with only the remaining property owners.
