Lease option
I have been in a lease option for two years...in that time the value of the house has dropped tremendously, and we stopped paying the lease side but have maintained paying rent without a new contract. Do we have the right to move at anytime, and if evicted is 30 days notice still required?

Hi,
It is impossible to say without looking at the document. If the lease term ended and you have continued in most circumstances that means you are month to month and can terminate with 30 days notice.
I would advise you bring this to an attorney to be sure of your rights.
