Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

My ex (never married) and I finished all of our court docs over a year ago but one agreement the lawyers wrote up was in regards to the house. I am the buyer and she was the co-buyer, she was to refi the house by Aug 15, 2009 but she still has not (she agreed to make the payments on the 1st and 2nd mortgages). What recourse do I have? I have asked her many times but she cannot get financed due to a lien (in her name) attached to the house but she hasnt paid anything towards it. I cant get a new home loan because I am attached to one already... I really need her to refi.

Tricky issue. You might consider going back to the court and request an order that she sell the house due to her inability to comply with the original order.
