not notified of covenants and restrictions

sellers did not disclose nor did the title company provide information regarding one of the lots on our property being set aside as a park that we can't build on and our neighbors are contesting us being able to park our vehicles on

Afternoon,

You may need to consider going against the sellers. Didn't you have a broker or attorney?

Contact an attorney to review the contracts, title policy and correspondence and see about your options.

As to the property, it will be difficult to change the designation on the lot so you will need to get damages from the responsible parties. You may need to act quickly depending on the statute of limitations considerations. Good luck.
