I have owned a Timeshare in Vail, CO. I've tried and have been trying to get ride of since 2005. I can't give the thing away. How can I get out of a Timeshare in Vail, CO?

That all depends on the contract. The geographic location is of little difference. Whatever you signed is going to have binding terms regarding how you terminate, sell, transfer, or change your rights and duties under the contract. You would need to bring it to an attorney to see if there were any clauses that would allow you out. Best of luck.
