If a father deeded his home over to a daughter that was married and then that daughter dies who does the house belong to now? The husband of the daughter who passed away or would the father have rights to claim back the house?

There are not enough facts to comment. It depends entirely on the form of transfer, if a life estate was retained and other issues.
