parents home

before my father passed away he quick claimed his home to me and my 3 siblings and my sister has rented the home out and is renting it and we want to sell it. she is the only one who signed the lease agreement and we are only getting 47.00 a month for the rent. what can we do.

Either you three come to a mutual agreement to sell the house or you will need to file a partition action if you can't agree.
