Only One Who Pays The Taxes

I own property that is in mine and four other relatives names all by inheritance. I am the only one who pays the taxes on the property. None of them will pay taxes 0r even help to pay them but will not sign property over to me.. How do i get the property in my name alone and is there any law about this?

Morning,

If you cannot come to an agreement you will need to file an action for partition of the property. This is a court proceeding where the court will make a complete adjudication of the rights and obligations of the parties. The court cannot, however, order one tenant in common to sell their interest to another tenant.
