Post-foreclosure timeframe.
We are currently in foreclosure on our home, and refinance efforts have failed. Auction of the property is scheduled. How much time after the auction takes place will we have in which to vacate the property?

It is negotiable with the lender. 30-60 days is standard.
Don't forget you have a right of redemption for 6 months following the foreclosure. While the costs are increased substantially following foreclosure, perhaps you will want to investigate alternative financing further.
