power of attorney form for a refinance

my husband and I are refinancing our current mortgage. He will be out of the state when we need to sign. Is there a specific power of attorney form I can use to allow me to sign for both of us?

Contact the mortgage company and ask them about what form is acceptable to them or if they will require your signatures.
