Property Line Issue

If a neighbor has installed their landscaping or other constructed items on your property, is there a timeline of making that known and reclaiming that as your property???

18 years is the standard reference. Less if there are more problems than merely physical encroachment.

Please note the law favors the diligent and so the sooner you move the better. You are also stuck with the actions of prior owners if that is the case.
