Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

my property

I purchased a property and then I met this guy about 6 months later. I broke it off with him and moved out of state. I asked him to either get a loan and purchase this place or move out. He wont do either and says the place is half his. The property is in Colorado. He will not give my belongings back either. What can I do?

Re: my property

Morning,

Sorry about the problems. You need to contact a Colorado attorney immediately. This will be a way to hopefully negotiate a prompt resolution as all too often, unfortunately, people will not resolve matters without some viable threat of legal action.

If you can't come to a resolution, the attorney will need to file for an eviction, replevin and other possible claims. These must be done precisely or you will just waste time and money. Contact a Colorado attorney now.
