Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

I purchased a piece of property in colorado from the " New Fronteer Bank". Actually FDIC had taken bank over and FDIC sold me the property. A former owner who had lost land to bank, gave a quit claim deed to girl friend and recorded it before I could do my recording. What steps do I need to take to clear this fraud ??

You will have to file an action to quiet title to the property. This is complicated and you should speak with an attorney to either represent you fully in the case or at least advise you on the law and procedure.
