quickclaim deeds

I want to know how to fill out the quickclaim deed and how to submit it to the court house and have the form not be rejected by the court system. Has to be done asap.

A form Quit claim can be purchased at most stationary supply stores. Once signed, it is recorded (filed) with the county clerk and recorder in the county where the property is located. I can do this for you in Summit County for a nominal fee if you provide a copy of the current deed for the property. If you want to make an appointment, call 970-668-1949.
