Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

My brother and i own a home together that we purchased jointly 10 yrs ago. He now will not let me buy him out, he wont buy me out, and he wont allow it to go up for sale. What are my options legally to get out from my half of the mortgage? He is holding me prisoner.

You need to talk to an attorney to file for a partition if you cannot agree on selling the property.
