Real estate Lein

I have a medical bill I have been paying on for a year,to a lawyers office,am trying to re-fi my home and found out the hospital put a lein on it,the hospital has one total and the lawyer another,and the lawyer had no idea about the lein,is their anything i can do just to get the house refied so we can afford to stay

Refinance for enough extra money to pay off the lien.
