Real Estate, specifically HOA

Can an HOA that was not established until approx 4mths after we closed on our condo, tell us how to use our LCE? Also can this HOA try to take away parking we were given as a pretense for our purchase, by the previous owner?

This is complicated. The primary issue is not the date that the HOA was established, but whether there was a properly drafted declaration filed with the clerk and county recorder for the property and the terms of that declaration and any governing documents. Your agent should have provided the declaration. The contract should also note the declaration and any governing documents.
