Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

Recently divorced...

When filling out the Quit Claim Deed, there's a spot for Grantor and Grantee, right now both our names are on the house title but need to be in just my name (to fulfill the Sep Agreement). Do I put my spouse only as the grantor? or do I need to have both names as Grantor and then fill-in myself as the Grantee.

You can list just your spouse as the Grantor.
