Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

Recourse on loan agreement

I sold a home in Colorado via what I am told is a Relocation loan / wrap-around. The home was put in a trust but was still in my name. The person that was taking care of the home now filing bankruptcy and wants to include me as a creditor on their bankruptcy. They have a tenant in the home now who was supposed to purchase the home. The tenant may have given that person money as a downpayment. What recourse do I have to talk to the tenant directly? As I do not believe the current person is working in my best interest.
