Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

Removing a lien from a bankrupt company

The Minnesota company that provided us with a second mortgage in order to finish building our custom home went bankrupt 1-1/2 years ago. How can we have the lien on our property removed? What are our legal obligations now?

Absent that, a quiet title action could clear title, but get a title report first.
