Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

I am a renter in Colorado living in a foreclosed home. I am paying rent month to month through a real estate firm(middle man). There is a sale date set and I have no received an eviction notice. Assuming the house sells to a private party and they want me out of the house. How much time do i have to move out. What are my rights. I know i can negotiate with a mortgage company and ask for cash for keys if the house is not purchased by a private party.

Ninety days notice is required under your circumstances. Cash for keys is a possibility, but of course the Buyer is not required to entertain those negotiations and instead can insist on the 90-day move out (calculated from the date of service of the notice).
