Has a trial management conference been set? This is generally required when there is a pro se party? Have the parties exchanged trial disclosures? Given that the trial is next month, all parties should have exchanged those by now or they are due in a matter of days. You should carefully review CRCP Rule 16 (you don't state if this is under 16.1 or not).
Please retain an attorney to at least assist you in preparation for trial if you cannot afford one for full representation. A multi-day district court trial is very complex and includes numerous rules of procedure and evidence.
