Sold mobile home, carrying loan
Hi! I am located in Colorado. I just sold my mobile home for $22,500 with $2,500 down and the rest payable to me over the next five years at 9% interest. Do I need a lawer to draft the closing contract? A title company? Or can I do it myself? Please hlep!

Talk to an attorney to draft the document because this is too complex because you should get some security for this loan and other issues.
