Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

time share

I own a time share condo with my ex domestic partner. Both of us are on the deed. She refuses to help pay any maintence fee or dues owed. Can I draft a notice to her stating that her failure to help pay for this puts her in default and if payment is not received I will seek full titlement. What can I do.

Re: time share

No, but you can force a sale of the asset so you don't have to deal with them any longer. Get an attorney to assist you.
