Will my Husband's income be taxed while he is working in Saudi Arabia for the next two years?

I will be working and living here in the US.

Re: Overseas Income Tax

Your husband should be able to elect to exclude a sizeable portion of his income. The exclusion is explained in IRS Publication 54 and the election is made on Form 2555. I would suggest you get a copy of Publication 54, which is actually pretty good, and the Instructions to Form 2555, both available at the IRS website at www.irs.ustreas.gov. (This statement does not constitute my representation of you, nor is it an attorney-client communication.)
