Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
If I was going 78 in a 65 mile an hour zone but there was a 75 spped limit sign about 30 yards ahead of me that I could see the speed limit on can I go 75 once I can see it because I just got a ticket for this today. I was only going that speed for about two seconds.

No. Speeding is a strict liability offence. You can drlve only within the speed limit
At the point where the speed limit changes to 75 can you go 75. It does not matter you exceeded the speed limit for a very short time.
