Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
On 11/13/12 I got a traffic ticket for passing on a prohibiting lane. Now on the ticket it has the court date for 1/12/12, but the year is wrong. So is the ticket voided since the year is wrong? Plus it was sign by the officer, meaning everything is valid but it's not.

You need to file a motion to dismiss based upon a faulty summons. The court does not automatically void the ticket.
