Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
I was in an accident and the other driver was ticketed however their insurance company won't pay for the damage to my vehicle, what can I do?

You have three options:
First, if you have UM/UIM coverage, contact your own insurer.
Second, contact the DA and submit a claim for restitution.
Third, bring a civil suit for the value of your damage.
