Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
Alluding Police Officer
My boyfriend has a warrant and will be turning himself in. I am looking to find out how much time my boyfriend will be facing. He is being charged with alluding, wreckless driving, driving without a license, child endangerment, using a false name - he is a minor - 17 yrs old. With a record of previous traffic misdemeanors. I'd like to find the out minimum and maximum sentences for this type of situations. I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Re: Alluding Police Officer
if misdemeanors, then all can be consecutive and possible 3-4 years I think, but that is unlikely.
The eluding is probably a felony and that is up to 3 years plus 1 year parole.
all are probation eligible.
