Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
need some answers
I was stoped twice in the last 2 months for minor traffic violations Im currently on perole and have about 5 to 6 months left to my discharge date Im thinking that thay may drop the traffic charge but what if any possable punishment can i expect when i see my peorole officer

Why were you paroled in the first place? What was the original charge? One of the conditions of your parole -- especially if the original charge was traffic-related -- is that you will not violate any traffic laws. You may be looking at having the parole revoked, and you may need to appear back in court to be re-sentenced on the original charge. I need to know more about the original charge, and whether it was a traffic-related offense.
