Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
I was arrested last night for a DUID in the state of colorado. I am from New Hampshire and apparently my license is suspended from a speeding ticket which i did pay and need to talk to the DMV to fix. The police officer arrested me after doing a sobriety test for suspesion of being high on weed. I have a court date and am being charged with the DUID, if my license turns out to not be suspended will this help me and what are the penalties that I am facing if this is my first arrest I am 18 and have a good record?
