Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
Car accident
I backed into a car on private property and did not report. I was apprehended by police and will be called to court. The damage was minimal to car's bumper.

leaving the scene of an accident is a 12 point offense resulting in a suspended license - you need to make sure you do not lose your license.
plea it down to a non-hit and run offense
