Completing a stop
What is the colorado law for ''completely stopping at a stop sign''? How long do you have to sit at the stop sign?

You just need to stop, there is no time requirement. a complete stop must be made. The definition states: "any halting, even momentarily, of a vehicle" see 42-1-102(100)
