Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
Can I get a deferred adjudication for speeding ticket 10-19 mile over speed limit, I hold a CDL License.

It mostly depends on the jurisdiction on whether or not they offer you a deferred.
Technically, federal law makes it unlawful to bargain to avoid CDL consequences, but very few state jurisdictions follow that.
