Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado

I was driving my friends vehicle, with them following me in mine down a 2-lane highway at 2:30pm. I got onto the highway on-ramp and once on the highway I switched lanes, due to a slower vehicle in the right lane. I drove for about 1/2 mile when a police officer came on the highway from the next on-ramp at a high-rate of speed going in and out of traffic. His driving caused 3 cars, includeing mine(the one my friends were driving) to be run off the road and into the shoulder, the officer almost hit my car,(My car had to slam on it's brakes and pull a hard right causing my alignment to be messed up now), as soon as the officer was behind me I immediatly moved back into the right lane, and pulled over into the shoulder. He was very hostile, and wouldn't let me explain that this was not my car and the gentelmen behind me would know where the car information is. The officer yelled at the gentelmen driving my car when they clearly stated who they were, the officer was threating to impound both vehicles, and said I was recklessly driving and speeding. I don't understand how I could be driving recklessly when I changed lanes one time, then another once he was behind me, while the officer himself ran 3 cars off the road and damaged my allignment on my new BMW due to his bad driving. Also how could I be driving 83 mph when I neeeded to stop at a red light in 1/4 mile and traveling with a heavy flow of traffic? Also how could I be speeding and driving reckless when the gentelmen in my car following me where doing the same speed and same actions? Please help me, they put 6 points for speeding and 8 for reckless driving, I also have 3 witnesses in this matter. I have a court date in this matter and want to know what I can do to fight this matter and prove that I was not recklessly driving and how I prove that reckless driving can be said to be uncontitutional for it's "vagueness"?

You need an attorney. If not, your emotions may cause those that listen to you to be biased against you. Trust me, the cop will appear reasonable in court.

It seems very unfair, what happened to you.
