Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
failed to use turn signal while leaving a parking lot
is it illegal to not use a turn signal when leaving a restaraunt parking lot when there is no on coming traffic? You can only go left or right and to me it would be like backing out of your driveway. if there is no on coming traffic it shouldnt matter. just like high beams isnt it just a coutesy?

this depends on the specific parking lot and municipality, but generally you are correct that you do not need to signal
