Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
Hi,
about 5 months ago I removed a boot from my car because I couldn't afford the parking fines and I needed my car. Now my car is in the impound lot. After I spoke with the police, they told me I need to contact their investigator.
Would this be considered a felony?
Do I have any options?
