Find your policy and read it. It may give you coverage when you are driving any car. If so, and you don't mind your insurance company finding out about accident, then call agent to report it. You probably have a provision in your insurance policy that says you have to report any accident or tickets anyway.

If you plea guilty to anything on the traffic tickets, then you will be admitting liability for civil purposes. You should probably decide whether you will report to your insurance company prior to making any decision on the traffic tickets.

Were there any injuries to any people? It does not sound like it. You want to forclose all those claims asap. The court can and will order restitution in the traffic case for damages to other's property or injuries.

Either you report this to your agent or you don't. It may well be that your existing policy on another car will cover the damages you describe. This is not a bad wreck from the facts, although chargeable against you. Your personal assets are not at risk if you avail yourself of your coverage. Pleading guilty to the traffic charges will operate as an admission of civil liability later on. Get legal advice.
