Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
I had a minor accident on private property and was issued a ticket for careless driving. Does CO state trooper have jurisdiction on private property?

Generally, yes. Careless is one of a few charges that can be on private property(also, DUI and reckless driving). But, there may be issues to look at.
