Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
parking lot
I was backing out at the same time that another girl was backing out of a parking space we both backed into eachother. we got out of the car and we both agreed it was okay about a week later she went and reported the accident. The police officer that got did the report gave me a ticket for a hit and run. It was both of our faults and I was the only one who got a ticket. Is there anything I could do?

you need to fight that - a hit and run will get your license revoked regardless of points -
get the police reports and see if they are accurate, if not you probably need an attorney
is it possible that your neighbor told the cop the correct story and that the cop wrote it down wrong? what is your relationship to the neighbor. is there a separate reason why she may be lying now?
