Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
If I pay my fine they will only take 2 points off my license, if i don't pay and I go to court they will take 4 points off. Isn't that extroversion?

I assume you mean extortion. No it is not. It is a plea offer. Goes on every day in the courthouse.
And they can only impose the 4 points if you lose at trial.
