Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
I rear ended a car. I got scared and walked away from the scene. My car is completely legal and I have a good driving record. No violations. It has been 3 days. If I go to the police station now will I be arrested or just issued citations to appear in court?

Unless there were injuries, they probably will not arrest you. They can and probably will give you a citation for leaving the scene, among other things. Conviction of that results in loss of license.
