Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
I recently was pulled over in the state of Colorado and the officer forgot to have me sign the ticket. The signature is a promise to pay the fine and/or appear at court. what is the best thing to do in this situation?

You should show up to court on the day designated on the ticket. Just because you didn't promise to appear doesn't mean you can avoid the charges. Plus, you tend to get treated better by the system if you don't fight it over silly things like forgetting to sign a ticket.
