Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
I recieved a speeding ticket in costilla county colorado at 12:13 am on 4-18-14. The officer put 2413 on 4-17-14 on the ticket. can I get my ticket dismissed for the wrong date since the ticket is a legal document?

You can ask the court to dismiss based on a faulty summons; the court might dismiss. Your other option is to set it for trial and give notice of an alibi defense.
