Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
Is a responding bicycle officer required to inform the involved parties that choosing to file a report online (after suggesting), rather than waiting for a an other officer to arrive to formally file the report will prevent the guilty party from receiving a citation, or ticket or other form of permanent record of their violation.
