Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado

my sister used my name when she got pulled over because she doesnt have a license, but i dont have a license either so now i have a ticket for driving w/out a license 3points and driving under restraint 12points. also, there was a court date which neither of us went to, so i have a warrant for FTA. i found this all out a week ago when i was calling the DMV to figure out what was needing to happen to get my license, she's agreed to go to walk in court with me to clear my name, but i was told by a bondsman that i could possibly get in trouble for this. i need to know what to do in order to clear my name. my record was completely clean until now and i want it that way again.

To clean this up, one of two things will need to happen:

1) She owns up to what she did, or

2) You turn her in.

You should not face any penalty as long as you did not know she was going to pass herself off as you. She, on the other hand, faces a real danger of felony charges.
