Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
I just got my third speeding ticket in about a year yesterday. My first one I paid in full. My second one I went to traffic school. What should I do with this third one to avoid insurance rates from going up? Will taking the plei bargain expose my second ticket?

Whether or not your rates go up is a question between you and your insurance company.
If you are on a deferred judgment and sentence on the second ticket AND one of the terms of the deferred is that you pick up no new traffic offenses, then yes, if you get convicted on the new offense then yes, it will cause you issues.
