Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
Suspeded Drivers License
I was detained for over 18 months in I.N.S custody and was released on Jan 16th. The INS officers gave me back my license upon my released date. On Feb 26th I was pulled over and charged with-Drove vehicle when License under restraint(suspended). I had an outstanding expired tags in 2001 and this led to my licese being suspeded and so paid it. Do I risk going to jail for this ticket? Can INS be held responsible for setting me up for failure?
