Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
Suspended Licence
My husband was pulled over last night by a police officer for reckless driving and driving under a suspended licence. His licence was suspended over 7 years ago in South Dakota for a Wyoming speeding ticket.
What are the maximum and most likely punishments he will recieve in court, and what can he do to lessen the punishment before he appears? (ie: voluntary traffic school, etc.) Should he fight the ticket?

Re: Suspended Licence
Colrado is really stringent about these kinds of cases. I cannot say it strongly enough, get an attorney. your husband could be facing up to a year's suspension and jail.
